Bousoulas Apartments, owned and managed by Vasilis Bouras and his English wife Anne, are set in a pleasant residential area of Agios Nikolaos but just a two-minute stroll brings you to the town centre.

Anne has lived in Crete for over 25 years so has a mine of information at the client's disposal. She can suggest car or walking trips(see activities - walking), eating places and entertainment to suit all tastes, often off the beaten tourist track. She tries to make people feel at home, and living on the premises, is on hand to help in any way.

The building overlooks the marina and sports facilities with 3 main beaches nearby including the Municipal Beach where there is a children's swimming pool, mini golf and water sport facilities. The famous Almiros sandy beach is within walking distance too with its own full size swimming pool and bar.

There are spacious clean well equipped apartments for 2-4 persons and studios for 1 or 2 persons, attainable by lift and stairs. All rooms have balconies with a sea view, cooking facilities, refrigerator, private bathroom and air-conditioning. Open all the year round, prices can be per day, per week or by the month.
