Bousoulas Apartments and Studios, owned and managed by Vasilis Bouras and his English wife Anne, are set in a pleasant residential area of Agios Nikolaos. The building is in an ideal town location, with no hills to climb, but just a two minute stroll brings you to the town centre. It overlooks the seaside with sports facilities and the marina. Open all the year round, prices can be per day, per week or by the month.

There are 3 main beaches nearby – Ammos beach in front of the apartments, the Municipal Beach where you can sit on grass under the trees and the famous Almiros beach 15 minutes walk which is ideal for children with sand and shallow waters. There are plenty of tavernas, restaurants and shops so there is no need to use a car. However with free street parking and two free car parks nearby means there is no extra cost for parking and easy access to the apartments.

Living on the premises Anne, who has been here for over 30 years, is available 24 hours to help you enjoy your vacation, giving advice on where to go and what to do. She can suggest car or walking trips (see activities- walking), eating places and entertainment to suit all tastes, often off the beaten tourist track.
